Terms & Conditions of Laptop Refurbishment Service
The Laptop Refurbishing Service fee covers Engineering Good’s operational costs in refurbishing the donated used laptops.
The client acknowledges that laptops are acquired “as-is” and accepts cosmetic defects due to the used nature of the devices.
The refurbished laptops come with a 14-day limited warranty. If you are dissatisfied with your device or if any hardware fails within the first 14 days after the laptop is delivered, you may send it to the Engineering Good office for a 1-to-1 swap with a laptop of similar specification subject to stock availability at Engineering Good’s discretion.
Kindly note that Engineering Good cannot honour any exchanges if the device is found to have been damaged by drops, spills, power surges, misuse, or neglect.
Laptops are to be self-collected at Engineering Good’s office, Monday to Friday (10am to 5pm). Alternatively, the client can request for delivery by 3rd party logistics at an additional fee of $150.
